    • The content must not have been significantly used (e.g., no more than 20% of the course watched or material downloaded).
    • Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from the user's inability to access content due to technical problems outside our control (such as internet issues).
    • Refunds are not available for partial usage or dissatisfaction after a course/material has been substantially used.
